It is your responsibility to keep your registration number and password
to access the Tawanda LMS confidential. Tawanda Learning will not accept
any responsibility for unauthorised access to your data on the Tawanda
LMS. In addition, Tawanda Learning reserves the right to prosecute any
person who unlawfully copies or causes harm to the program files or
data, or anybody who gains unlawful access to the software in any way
whatsoever. Access to the Tawanda LMS will only be given upon receipt
of payment for your license fee and access may be withheld should no
payment be received. By logging in to the Tawanda LMS you acknowledge
that you have read and accept this notice as legally binding upon you. |
